Why are there rules?
Pole dancing is strenuous on the body and it is absolutely crucial that you are dressed and ready for class on time so that you don’t miss any of the warm up. Not only is lateness a safety issue, but it is also disruptive to the instructor and your fellow students. We are very strict about this rule and will not make any exceptions.
What to wear?
Get ready to feel comfortable and confident in our Pole Dance classes! Wear workout clothes that allow you to stretch and feel cute and sexy. Skin-to-pole contact is key, so opt for a sports bra or bralette to keep everything in place. For bottoms, knee-exposing shorts like biker shorts are ideal. Remember, they don’t have to be booty shorts – no thongs or nudity allowed.
If you’re joining a dance style class without the pole, leggings or yoga pants are recommended.
If you are planning to join on us on a regular basis knee pads are a great investment as we spend time on the floor.

Is there an age limit?
Age 18 and older can participate in our scheduled classes. Parental consent is required under the age of 18.
Cancellation, No Show & Refund Policy!
Be on time!
Our doors open 20 minutes before the start of class & doors will lock 5 minutes after the start of class.
We suggest arriving 15 minutes prior to the start of your class so that you are completely ready when the instruction starts.
Doors will lock 5 minutes after the start of class.
All classes & party sales are final and non-refundable.

Intro Offer Clients: Must cancel at least 12 hours in advance or you will be charged a $10 late cancel fee.

free cancelation if members cancel 12 hours before class.
UNLIMITED CLASS CARD HOLDERS: If you have any type of unlimited class card you must cancel at least 6 hours in advance or you will be charged a $10 late cancel fee.
DROP IN BUNDLES CLASS PACKS: You must cancel at least 6 hours in advance or you will be charged a $10 late cancel fee
NO SHOW POLICY: You will be charged $15 to your account for no shows

No refunds..studio credit only.
It is the student’s responsibility to monitor the expiration date. We will not extend the dates of any single class or class card. No exceptions.
Class credits can NOT be shared or transferred to another student.

4+ late cancels within a month will result in your online scheduling privileges to be disabled.
WE WILL NOT TRANSFER a payment if you decide to cancel/no show!
Failure to show is not fair to the instructors, or to the person that may have wanted to take your place in the class.
A refund or Credit will not be issued!
WE WILL ONLY ISSUE REFUNDS IF WE CANCEL A CLASS!
