As a Teazers instructor, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to build confidence, joy, and love among women through our pole dance, chair dance, floor dance, and other sensual movement-based classes. We’re looking for team players who are comfortable with their bodies, enjoy motivating and inspiring others, and are dedicated to our core values.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming studio environment.
- Delivering the pole party program according to the studio’s layout, sequence, and choreography.
- Providing studio-based instruction aligned with our core mission and values.
- Understanding and adhering to all policies, procedures, and standards outlined in the Instructor Manual.
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of the Teazers brand and values, and modeling behavior accordingly.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Excellent punctuality and courtesy.
- Ability to handle basic administrative tasks.
- Capacity to manage large groups of women effectively.
- Ability to teach multiple classes consecutively while maintaining high energy levels.

As part of our application process, we’d love to get to know you through two short video submissions. Think of these as your initial interview – take your time, have fun, and let your personality shine!
Video 1: Beginner’s Mini Routine! 💃
- Film a 30-second beginner routine (no music needed!).
- Teach 3-4 eight counts featuring beginner-friendly spins, transitions, and dance moves.
- End with a “wow factor” moment! ✨
- For part two of this video, teach the same routine to your favorite song! 🎶
Video 2: Shine Bright! 🌟
- Introduce yourself! Tell us a bit about yourself and why you believe you’d be a fabulous Pole Dance Instructor at Teazers.
- Show us your skills in a 1-minute routine that includes:
- Low flow spins
- Floor work
- On-the-ground transitions
- Be as creative as possible and let your unique personality shine through!💖

Please create these videos in your comfortable practice space. Following a review of the submissions, we will invite selected candidates for a final practice session and in-person presentation at our studio.
