We’re gonna focus on building those muscles you need to slay on the pole and get ready for all the amazing moves ahead! Struggling with inverts or other advanced stuff? This is your class!
We’ll kick things off with a super fun, pumped-up warm-up, then get into a full-body workout right on the pole—no extra equipment needed! And to finish it off, we’ll do a deep stretch, leaving just enough time for you to have a little freestyle session!
